Delivery
How long will my delivery take?
Once processed, packed and dispatched (2-4 days for unframed prints and 4-6 days for framed items during our pre Christmas season) please allow 5-10 working days for standard delivery in Australia, longer times may apply to regional areas. Longer times will apply to framed prints and bulky orders. All orders in Australia are delivered by Australia Post.
Please note that our preorder items are made after you have placed your order, so waiting times will apply before dispatch.
Due to current increased demand on postage services, Australia Post and other mail delivery services may experience delays. Please keep this in mind when placing your order, as we cannot be held accountable for this.
Do you have a Christmas order cut-off?
Orders placed before December 7th 2022 should arrive in time for Christmas, however we cannot guarantee that orders placed after this date will reach you in time. We can no longer guarantee delivery to WA or the NT in time for Christmas as per Australia Post's cut-off dates, and current flooding affecting routes to WA.
How do you ensure the safe handling of my framed print during shipping?
We partner with professionals with 40+ years experience in packaging and shipping framed goods.
Your framed print will arrive in a specially constructed cardboard box that is designed to withstand all the love it's thrown during shipping and handling.
Our boxes are strong and clearly labelled as 'fragile'. Clear handling instructions are printed on the box so that our shipping carriers take good care of your fish friends.
How do you ensure the safe handling of my unframed print during shipping?
Your unframed print will arrive rolled in a premium 3mm heavy-duty cardboard tube, ready for framing. Your print is rolled in recycled brown paper inside the tube to protect the printed surface from any rubbing and scuffing during shipping.
What happens if my item is damaged?
Get in touch with us via our contact page and we will sort out a replacement.
Why can't I pay for express shipping?
At this time it is not possible to pay for express shipping. This is because we sell bulk items such as framed prints, and our our framed prints are measured by their cubic weight, not their actual weight. Shipping costs based on this are unfortunately not sustainable for small business.
What if I need my order quicker than this?
Please get in touch with us and we will do our best to prioritise shipment of your order to get it to you as quickly as possible.
I have ordered a print and another product - why have I received my items across two packages?
Due to the fragile nature of our framed prints we partner with distribution professionals with 40+ years of delivering art-work around Australia. We handle the distribution of all other items.
I live outside of Australia - can I still buy your products?
Shipping for framed items is not possible for international orders, however if you want other provisions, please get in touch via our contact page and we'll see what we can do for you.
