How do you create your designs?
Every Bobby Seaford design is a reproduction of our original watercolour work, created in our studio on the Southern coast of Tasmania.
We work with Australian-based makers to reproduce our designs on premium, hand-selected products.
How long will my delivery take?
We ship our linen and artwork separately.
For linen orders, once processed, packed and dispatched (1-5 days) please allow 2-7 working days for standard delivery in Australia, longer times may apply to regional areas.
For artworks, please allow 3-7 days for making, packing and dispatch, and 3-14 working days for standard delivery. As artwork is bulkier and heavier it may take longer to arrive than your linen items.
All orders in Australia are delivered by Australia Post.
How do you ensure the safe handling of my framed print during shipping?
We partner with framing professionals with 40+ years experience in packaging and shipping framed goods. Your framed print will arrive in a specially constructed cardboard box that is designed to withstand all the love it's thrown during shipping and handling. Our boxes are strong and clearly labelled as 'fragile'. Clear handling instructions are printed on the box so that our shipping carriers take good care of your fisho friends.
How do you ensure the safe handling of my unframed print during shipping?
Your unframed print will arrive rolled in a premium 3mm heavy-duty cardboard tube, ready for framing. Your print is rolled in recycled brown paper inside the tube to protect the printed surface from any rubbing and scuffing during shipping.
What happens if my item is damaged?

Why can't I pay for express shipping?
At this time it is not possible to pay for express shipping on our prints. This is because our framed prints are measured by their cubic weight, not their actual weight, and shipping costs based on this are astronomical. Our prints are next-day dispatched and will reach you no longer than 7 working days after you place your order (depending on your location - regional areas may differ).
What if I need my order quickly?
Please get in touch with us and we will do our best to prioritise shipment of your order to get it to you as quickly as possible.
What if I order the incorrect item?
Get in touch with us via our contact page as soon as you can and we'll fix it all up for ya!
What if I receive the wrong item?
Our bad! contact us as soon as you receive your incorrect delivery and we'll get it sorted.
What happens if I order something that is actually out of stock?
We keep our website inventory updated however occasionally some items sell out due to popularity. If this does occur, we will get in touch as soon as possible by phone or email.
Is my credit card secure?
Bobby Seaford uses Shopify Payments to process all credit card transactions. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and this compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify.
How to I use a promo code?
You can enter a valid promo code on your order confirmation page at checkout, it will then apply to your cart.
How do I get featured on Bobby Seaford social media?
Give us a follow @bobbyseaford and tag us in any of your photos/videos on social media that feature any Bobby Seaford item - and we'll have a squiz!

PRINT CARE
How do I care for my Bobby Seaford print?
Your Bobby Seaford print is an archival printed art-work.
Here are a few tips to ensure the extra longevity of your prints;
1. If your print arrives in a postage tube ensure you have completely clean and dry hands before handling as your print is a matte print and has a lot of white space so can mark easily.
2. Do not store your print in the tube for longer than necessary (ideally get it into a frame as soon as possible) to ensure it flattens correctly.
4. We recommend protecting your print behind glass, away from environmental factors that could mark or damage it.
