Blue Mackerel -  Scomber australasicus

The striking blue and green patterns of the Blue Mackerel make it a pretty fish in the sea and on the wall. You'll find large schools of these beauties in temperate waters off the continental reef, from southern WA, across to Tasmania and up to Southern QLD, with juveniles sheltering nearer to the coast.

This museum grade reproduction of our original watercolour work is ready to bring extra salt to your walls.

Bobby Seaford prints are museum grade reproductions of our original watercolour work, painted by the sea in lutruwita/Tasmania.

The artwork is printed on heavyweight, fine art paper using archival inks for longevity and vibrant, rich colours.

MEASUREMENTS

Our Blue Mackerel prints are a universal A4 size (210 x297mm).

FRAMED PRINTS

Your framed print will arrive in a specially constructed cardboard box that is designed to withstand all the love it's thrown during shipping and handling. Our boxes are strong and clearly labelled as 'fragile'. Clear handling instructions are printed on the box so that our shipping carriers take good care of your fish friends.

1. BASIC TIMBER FRAME

Our basic frame option is made from engineered, sustainably sourced plantation timber and includes a rear hanger.

2. PREMIUM TIMBER FRAME

Our premium gallery quality frame is made from solid, sustainably sourced Australian plantation timber. It includes rear taping with a metal hanger and steel wire. This is our favourite option for a natural timber look.

UNFRAMED PRINTS

Your unframed print will arrive rolled in a heavy-duty cardboard tube, ready for framing. See our Print Care page for tips on how to handle your print correctly.
